FarmArcheage is a private, unofficial server and is still in development. Content, rules, rates, items, and systems can change, break, reset, or be removed at any time without notice. There is no promise that the game will stay online, stay the same, or ever be “finished.”
This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official ArcheAge publishers or developers. All official trademarks belong to their owners. We use the open-source AAEmu project and related community work.
We may suspend, wipe, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, including for rule breaks, chargebacks, abuse, exploits, or operational reasons. Access is a privilege, not a right. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Every PayPal payment on this site is a voluntary donation to support a work-in-progress private server. That includes the registration donation, Patron donations, and credit donations. Donations are not a purchase of goods, a subscription, or a guarantee of uptime, features, or items. After a donation we may grant optional in-game perks (an account, Patron time, or credits). Those perks can change, break, wipe, or be removed. Except where a payment provider or law requires otherwise, donations are not refunded for wipes, downtime, lost items, bans, closed accounts, or if the server is later shut down. A payment dispute or chargeback may result in a permanent ban.
Characters, items, housing, and progress can be lost. We are not responsible for lost time, lost progress, or lost money beyond what the law requires. You play at your own risk.
Do not cheat, exploit, harass others, or attack the service. We may remove content or accounts that we believe harm the server or other players.
You must be 18 or older to register and donate. By registering you confirm that you are 18+ and that you have read and accept this policy.
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions can be sent through the player portal support form after you log in.
